Why I built Scriptor Codex
It grew out of a personal need while writing: I missed having a single tool to keep both the manuscript and story reference data together, without scattering characters, locations, and notes across separate files.
I always wanted it to be a free project. As long as I can maintain it, I hope it can be as useful to anyone who loves writing as it has been to me.
